Please note that for each person you will receive 1/3 lb of meat. In the the meat selection you can choose 3 different meats or choose the same meat for each selection.

Catering is currently “ONLY” Drop off delivery or Pick up (If you would like to have the food truck at your event that is an option.  However, if you want to have Chafing equipment setup, we will not be able to accommodate you at this time).
